Naming my business LOOKING IN ~ LOOKING OUT,LLC was inspired by the textbook Looking Out, Looking In by Ronald B. Adler (Author) & Neil Towne (Author). I fell in love with this book during my undergrad studies. I liken it to a "pocket guide", condensing all you need to know about how to live a present and sucessful life in one grand book.  Not only has it helped me professionally but also personally. I have used the contents and messages from the book in my practice, inspiring others towards the changes they desire to make in life.

I believe that human beings have purpose here on earth and know that we are designed to have healthy relationships with our self, our friends and family, and the environment around us. When these relationships are tested, strained, lost or broken, whether with the environment, with others or with ourselves, it often leads to confusion, poor choices or emotional pain. I believe there are important concepts to learn about life that can help one build strong, healthy and purposeful relationships that lead to living with confidence, making good choices and emotional stability. I believe that we have the ability to heal and that there is lasting strength that occurs when that healing takes place.
